Eumeralla Scout Camp

Outdoor Chapel

Opened 30th January during 1968 Surf Moot by the then Chief Scout for the Commonwealth, Sir Charles MacLean.

The chapel is dedicated to the Scouts who lost their lives in World War 2.  The Memorial Wall at its entrance holds plaques of departed Scouters and friends, which in itself gives a history of the Camp.

The outdoor chapel is the most peaceful place in the camp.  Set amongst the trees, the chapel looks out across the ocean to Anglesea and the surrounding countryside.  The view invites you to sit down for moments of quiet reflection.
