'Boss' Hurst House

The Boss Hurst House was the weekender house of our visionary Mr H. E. Hurst M.B.E. (Boss).  On retirement Boss moved tot he house and continued his Scouting from this point.  The house is often referred to as "Top Side".  His original structure, known as "Weeona" (located at the back of the house), once sheltered a caravan that stayed on site.  The house contains an extensive library and is now used for accommodation for V.I.P's and helpers in the Camp. 

"Top Side" is the term to describe: The Centre of Nauru.
